Stock Tips Tomorrow: Sensex closes flat ahead of Modi government trust vote

BSE Sensex closed lower by 22.21 points, or 0.06%, to 36,351.23, while the Nifty 50 fell 23.35 points, or 0.21%, to close at 10,957.10. BSE MidCap and SmallCap fell 0.63% and 1%, respectively.Fifteen out of 19 sectoral indices on BSE declined with capital goods, industrials, healthcare losing over 1%. Energy, FMCG, oil and gas and consumer durables gained. Vedanta, ITC, Titan, Yes Bank and Bharti Airtel were among the top gainers, whereas Kotak Bank, LT, Hindalco, Cipla and Hero MotoCorp were among the major losers.Foreign investors purchased shares worth a net of Rs 95.68 crore on Wednesday, while local investors bought shares worth a net of Rs 111.01 crore, provisional data showed.
