Top Gainers and Losers- Sensex falls 100 points, Nifty closes about 10850, HDFC 2% broken

After opening in the red note of most Asian markets, the Indian market also opens with declines. On Tuesday, the Sensex, which opened below 36200 with a loss of 55 points, but in a short while, the decline has increased. At present, the Sensex is trading around 34130 with a drop of 100 points. On the other hand, the Nifty remains around 10850 with down 30 points.

Top Gainers- ONGC, Sun Pharma, Tata Motors, Dr Reddy's Lab, UltraTech are trading between 1.20% and 2.20% in the Nifty 50.

Top Losers- On top of the top losers, Mahindra & Mahindra got 2.29 percent open with weakness. The same NTPC, Wipro, HDFC, HDFC Bank are also in top losers.

Most Asian market open in negative note

Most Asian markets in red mark open on Tuesdays due to the uncertainty over the trade and relations of China and America. China's Shanghai is open in the red mark, but at the moment it remains flat. Hong Kong's Hongseong index is trading down 0.25 percent.

निफ्टी पहली बार 11350 के पार बंद, सेंसेक्स 37600 के ऊपर, RIL में तेजी से नई ऊंचाई पर बंद हुआ बाजार

आज के कारोबार में लगातार चौथे  दिन मार्किट ऊपर बंद हुआ। आईटी, एनर्जी, मेटल, और फार्मा स्टॉक की मदद से सेंसेक्स और निफ़्टी रिकॉर्ड हाई पर बंद  हुए ।  सेंसेक्स ने 37644.59 के नए रिकॉर्ड स्तर को छुआ। वहीं निफ्टी 11,366 के रिकॉर्ड स्तर तक गया। रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज (RIL) में 3 फीसदी से ज्यादा की तेजी की वजह से बाजार ने कारोबार के आखिरी घंटे में नया रिकॉर्ड बनाते हुए बंद हुआ।

सेंसेक्स आज के कारोबार में 112.18  अंक  ऊपर जाकर 37606.58 पर बंद हुआ।  वही निफ़्टी ३७ पॉइंट ऊपर रहा और 11356.50 पर बंद हुआ। 

बीएसई का मिडकैप इंडेक्स 0.33 फीसदी चढ़कर बंद हुआ, जबकि निफ्टी के मिडकैप 100 इंडेक्स में 0.40 फीसदी की बढ़त दर्ज की गई। बीएसई का स्मॉलकैप इंडेक्स 0.26 फीसदी बढ़कर बंद हुआ।

आईटी, रियल्टी, फार्मा, मेटल, एफएमसीजी, ऑटो, कंज्यूमर ड्युरेबल्स, कैपिटल गुड्स और ऑयल एंड गैस शेयरों में खरीदारी से बाजार को सहारा मिला। हालांकि आज पीएसयू बैंक, फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेस और मीडिया शेयरों में बिकवाली देखने को मिली है। बैंक निफ्टी 0.3 फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ 27,764 के स्तर पर बंद हुआ है।

Sensex surges 350 points, Nifty tops 11,250 led by ITC, RIL, ICICI Bank

Benchmark indices BSE Sensex and NSE’s Nifty 50 soared to fresh record highs on Friday led by gains in market heavyweights ITC, Reliance Industries and ICICI Bank. Stocks rally as sustained capital inflows and first-quarter earnings boosted investor sentiment amid mixed global cues. During the day, BSE Sensex surged 383.98 points to a fresh record high of 37,368.62, while the Nifty 50 rose 116.1 points to a new high of 11,283.40. Moreover, foreign investors purchased shares worth a net of Rs 2,453.57 crore on Thursday, while local investors sold shares worth a net of Rs 2,716.04 crore, provisional data showed. The Indian rupee was trading little changed against the US dollar, following mixed trend in Asian currencies. Global stocks rose as strong earnings and US and Europe pact to ease trade tensions this week boosted investor confidence. Oil prices edged lower in quiet trading after three days of gains.

Market Live: Nifty hits fresh record, Sensex above 37,000, Rupee Flat

It’s a strong start to the market on Friday morning, with the Sensex and Nifty opening at a fresh record high and crossing 11,200 for the first time. 
The Sensex is up 216.83 points or 0.59% at 37201.47, while the Nifty is up 62.00 points or 0.56% at 11229.30. The market breadth is positive as 342 shares advanced, against a decline of 87 shares, while 44 shares are unchanged.
All sectoral indices are trading in the green, with Nifty Metal and Nifty FMCG leading the gains. Surge in ITC, as well as Hindalco, are boosting these indices. In the broader markets, the Nifty Midcap index is up half a percent. 
Shares of Hindalco are trading 7 percent higher after it announced its acquisition of Aleris post market hours on Thursday. ITC is also trading higher by 3 percent on the back of good June quarter numbers. 
The Indian rupee opened flat at 68.65 per dollar on Friday versus previous close 68.66.

Closing Bell: Sensex and Nifty end at record closing high; Nifty PSU bank up 5%

A record high opening, clinching key milestones and turning volatile ahead of expiry of derivatives and yet manage to end at a record high—the market had it all in a day’s trade. The 50-share index managed to scale a fresh record high of 11,185.85, surpassing the previous levels of 11,171 that was recorded earlier this year. There was some last hour volatility and weakness ahead of F&O expiry, but PSU banks’ strength ensured that it managed to clock fresh record highs on both indices. 

- Sensex hit a fresh record high; hits the key milestone for the 7th time in 11 trading sessions
- Nifty hit its fresh milestone, surpassed the earlier level of 11,171 and hit an intraday high of 11,179.40.

Stock Tips Tomorrow-Rupee strengthens marginally against US dollar

The Indian rupee on Wednesday strengthened marginally against US dollar after local equity markets gained for the fourth session. At 1.08 pm, the rupee was trading at 68.80 a dollar, up 0.13% from its previous close of 68.95. The currency opened at 68.97 a dollar and touched a high and a low of 68.78 and 68.98 respectively.
The 10-year bond yield stood at 7.806%, from its Tuesday’s close of 7.783%. Bond yields and prices move in opposite directions.
Benchmark Sensex Index rose 0.25% or 90.55 points to 36,915.65. Since January, it has gained 8.13%.
So far this year, the rupee has weakened 7.36%, while foreign investors have sold $926.90 million and $5.99 billion in equity and debt markets.

Closing bell: Sensex, Nifty close at record highs; Midcaps, metals surge

BSE Sensex closed to a fresh record high on Friday on the back of continued capital inflows and positive cues from global stock markets. In intraday trade, the 30-share index jumped 183 points to hit an all-time high of 36,902.06. Gains were capped after market heavyweights Kotak Bank, Reliance Industries and TCS came under selling pressure. NSE’s Nifty 50 touched a peak of 11,143.40, merely 28 points shy of its all-time high of 11,171. The Indian rupee weakened along with emerging market currencies as the US dollar advanced on the back of higher US Treasury yields. Stocks in Europe and Asia gained for the third straight day, as China vowed fiscal action to support its economy and strong results from internet giant Alphabet boosted the tech stocks. Meanwhile, foreign investors bought shares worth a net of Rs 259.37 crore, while local investors bought shares worth a net of Rs 124.82 crore on Monday, provisional data showed.

Closing bell: Sensex gains 145 points, Nifty reclaims 11,000 ahead of no-trust vote

Sun Pharma, Infosys, Reliance Industries and Bajaj Finance were among the top gainers, whereas Bajaj Auto, Vedanta, BPCL and IOC were among the top losers.Meanwhile, foreign investors sold shares to the tune of Rs 315.69 crore on Thursday, local investors bought shares worth a net of Rs 470.02 crore, provisional data showed.

Oil prices dropped on Wednesday after an industry group reported that US crude inventories rose last week.

Sensex rises 196 points, Nifty settles above 11,000 helped by banking stocks

Closing bell: Sensex, Nifty close flat; TCS shares surge 5%, Stock Tips Tomorrow

Sensex, Nifty end flat but Midcap index underperforms; IDBI Bank dips 6%

Benchmark indices ended flat after volatility, with the Sensex closing below 35,500 levels. TCS, HDFC, ITC and Infosys helped the market close higher while Reliance Industries and Tata Motors capped gains.
The 30-share BSE Sensex rose 19.69 points to 35,490.04 and the 50-share NSE Nifty gained 6.70 points to 10,769.20.
Nifty Midcap index slipped 35 points. More than two shares declined for every share rising on the BSE.
IDBI Bank, V-Guard, Adani Power, Syndicate Bank, Future Consumer, Future Retail, Future Lifestyle, Jaiprakash Associates, Gati, Delta Corp, Indiabulls Real Estate and Nalco slipped up to 7 percent.

Sensex dives 219 points, Nifty ends at 10762, ICICI Bank, Tata Motors top losers

Sensex surges 260 points led by banking stocks, Nifty above 10,770

Sensex dives 261 points, Nifty settles at 10,710 as trade tensions escalate

Benchmark indices BSE Sensex and NSE’s Nifty 50 declined for the second straight day on Tuesday following sell-off in global equities. Global stock markets fell after US President Donald Trump escalated trade tensions with China by threatening additional tariffs on Chinese goods worth $200 billion. Oil prices fell on expectations that producer cartel Opec and key ally Russia will gradually increase output. The Indian rupee weakened to near one-month low against the US dollar. Meanwhile, foreign investors sold shares worth Rs754.43 crore on net basis, while local investors purchased shares worth Rs824.10 crore on Monday, provisional data showed.BSE Sensex closed lower by 261.52 points, or 0.74%, to 35,286.74, while the Nifty 50 fell 89.40 points, or 0.83%, to close at 10,710.45.
